The seasonal ingredient of February is persimmon. But since March the chefs of the holding will surprise their guests with variations of dishes not within the framework of a single monoproduct, but in the chosen category, which will give them even more room for creativity. Details - very soon!
In "Gorynych" sour cream cake with persimmon became a seasonal dish. The serving of the dish is unexpected: instead of the usual cake, the guests are brought some pieces of orange fruit mixed with sponge cake, poured with thick salty-sweet ryazhenka and boiled condensed milk sauce. This dessert is waiting for a sensation!
